I mean... the the name proceeds itself but I can say it was an incredible experience! 10/10 will return.

I went to Bob Bob Ricard SoHo while in London and while i typically stay away from hyped up restaurants, this particular one really lived up to it's name. An early evening dinner with my boyfriend sets itself up to be enjoyable but it was the dining room ambience and pink table settings that set the tone for the whole evening... I was in for a treat. I am a sucker for all things pink and needless to say the pink dining plates paired with crystal glasses and embroidered napkins, i was sold.

We tried just about everything but two highlights;
The chicken pot pie! Who would've thought a kitchen staple growing up blew me away. Classic British food is easy enough but this really was something; see the embossed crust...
Obviously the main attraction of Bob Bob Ricard is the infamous or famous rather ' Press for Champagne' buttons adorning each table. I love them, kitschy as they may come, I think the origin, aesthetic and fun of them makes it okay. We asked our waiter about them and he cheekily replied " you just have to press it to find out." I bit. Do I think we committed to an overpriced bottle of Moet? Yes. But! that's the bit, that's the fun of going to Bob Bob and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Obviously as stated above, I was happy with the dining experience. I will return when back in London and likely recommend to those in need of a special occasion spot in SoHo.
